POOR services.

<p>So, I know H&M just opened a month ago in Somerset Mall, but I do recommend that you get staff that ACTUALLY WANTS to work there.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people are rude, slow and unwelcoming. I went to the fitting room with a bag full of clothes I want to try on. The lady's response? "Take it out the bag" NO please or a thank you! Once I was done trying on, I asked her where her manager is. Her response "I don't know." Are you serious??? I work in retail as well so I know what it's like. Yes it is a ****ty job but that doesn't mean you should be rude! Do your job CORRECTLY. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was standing in line to pay for my items, there were about 7 people in line waiting to pay, ONE TILL WAS OPEN...ONE!!! HOW??? The rest of the employees were standing around not doing ANYTHING! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I am HIGHLY disappointed in these people and especially H&M. If they don't have ANY interest in working, why the hell are they there then??? 99.5% of the time the employees were standing around not doing anything or chatting amongst each other and not helping anyone at all! </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst experience. </p>
