Poor Service at H&M Clearwater Mall

I went to H&M at Clearwater mall on the 15th August 2020 and I was disappointed with the poor level of service. I needed assistance with the sizes of one of their formal shoes but there were no sales staff to assist. I stood there and waited for about 10 minutes and eventually saw two H&M employees laughing and chatting with each other and I when I looked up again they were gone. There were no staff at the till in the men's section and another customer - who had a similar complaint - had to walk to the door to ask the security to call the H&M staff for assistance. I eventually left the store.
