POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY OF MATERIAL

I would like to complain about the quality of clothing and service I received at one of your store in Mall of the South. I bought pants for R425 on Saturday I wanted to wear them the next day as I was pressing the pants I saw there was a tear on the pants and not only on one side but both sides. I decided to take back the pants and I was told that it’s my fault that the pants wear thorn, mind you It wasn’t even 24 hours since I bought the pants and the manager was so rude to me she did not even try listen to me because her mind was already made up. I have clothes that I haven’t even wore I am thinking of returning them. I want my money or exchange of the pants. I am a qualified fashion designer I know my material I will never do anything stupid to ruin my own clothes.
