POOR CUSTOMER SERVICe

I went to clearwater mall on Sunday and got to the store bought few items and latter reliased the jean Jacket is big and return it back was assisted by a Tumelo apparantly shes the manager but couldnt want to tell me her name,the attitude she gave and was telling me i was being loud,ive never seen such poor customer service in my life i am requesting the owner of the store to adress this behaviour and thefore will like to return everything i bought at H&M i am not impressed and not happy and therefore i cant support a store with Sales consultants so rude

i am requesting a written formal apology and will soon return the items i bought with a full refund of my money
