Poor Customer Service

I went to H&M west gate to get an exchange for something I got as a gift well they refused to assist because I don't have slip it was a "gift" in it's original condition the service there is very poor even the internet doesn't say so called customer service they said manager can assist well they made feel like I stole the garment from them.poor service not happy at all.
