Poor customer service

I have been trying to buy a leopard print dress since 2 Nov and still no joy. Even no feedback from customer services. Was in the store at Eastrand mall and they could not fin a dress from any other store. I have phoned the ***number many times. Most of the time no one answers the phone, spoke to someone today who promised to get back to me today still ... Seems like this company does not need any business
