Policy’s and terrible Staff

Telling me I may swop items from a teller then only after it goes against policy’s? Even though the item hasn’t been worn. Just doesn’t make sense . Tellers / staff should tell you the policy of the items upon buying them. Not afterwards Got attitude from staff when I approached them if I could swop them too . Honestly just so annoyed with incompetence.
