Pathetic customer service from H&M

I am absolutely disgusted with the feedback one gets off the H&M Facebook page. I posted my complaint on their Facebook page hoping to get a bit of assistance and their response just shows how little interest they have in their customers. Their exchange policy is an absolute joke specially if they still have stock of the item you want to exchange that will easily be resold.. I have the receipt and the tag on the item bought as a gift and wanted to exchange it (NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND) yet they still will not assist. I may not make a difference as an individual but carry on with this pathetic service H&M and you won't have a successful business in South Africa.
