no access to fitting room

<p>Very disappoint with H&M. First time in one of there stores, was extremely busy when they opened so we decided to come back later. When we did return to the store my girlfriend was stop at the fitting rooms and was told that she could not fit wha she wanted to purchase because the guy at the fitting room stated " The fitting rooms are closed" when i asked why he said" because he docent want leave at 11pm. it was 9: 25pm and she was bona to take 2 min to fit the dress. when asked what is she suppose to do, he said that she can fit it on the floor. in front of the staff and the rest of the customers that were in the store. I am extremely not happy with the level service i received there.</p>
