Indifferent staff and unhelpful policies

<p>I was given a dress for my birthday. The dress did not fit and it did not suit me so I went to your Somerset West store to exchange it for something else. </p> <p>I obviously do not have the slip because I did not buy it. I explained this repeatedly to staff and management there. They really were so rude and indifferent and were not at all interested in helping me. Then they asked me what date it was bought and if this was the only item bought by my mum-in-law. How on earth am I supposed to know?</p> <p>Because I cannot provide either a slip, the total amount of clothing she bought or the time and date she bought it on I had to leave the store. </p> <p>I asked for a gift card in exchange like every other store in South Africa but apparently your systems do not allow for it. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a first time experience with your stores I am totally unimpressed. If you are going to compete in RSA clothing chains then get your systems and customer service up to date. </p>
