<p>My phone was ****** out of my bag while shopping in H&M at Mall of the South on Friday 04-08-2017. I told one of the staff members and she offered to look at the video footage. She came back about 10 minutes later and said that she saw nothing. When I had asked her if I could view the footage with her she simply said that only the staff members are allowed in the back area which I feel is absolute nonsense since a crime had been committed against me inside their store. The woman was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. There were about 3 security guards walking around the store and they saw nothing. There weren’t many customers in the store from the time I got there until the time that I left. There are cameras throughout the store and the woman claimed to have not seen anything on the footage recorded and said she didn’t even see me which is insane since I had been inside the store for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, if not 2 hours. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received from the staff members and deeply disappointed by the lack effort put into finding out what exactly happened. I will not be going back to that store ever again.</p>
