I am never buying from H&M again

I am not impressed with H&M at Century City.I was returning my 1year olds boot when the manager refused to take it.Even though my daughter only wore the boot for 1 month and i had the slip.The manager kept on saying it was my fault that the boot was damaged.It was a gold painted boot so the paint was coming off and the threads were out aswell. I feel that i wasted my money buying this boot because my daughter can’t wear it anymore now as it is damaged.
