Humiliated and discriminated

Good day, was at the H&M store on Friday to exchange a dress I bought on the 1st October 2025, the lady by the name of Living Sibongile "Sbosh" advised me on checking on CCTV footage to check if I had purchased the dress and if it had a damaged. I must mention that I was discriminated and humiliated as this is the first time I ever had to deal with such.
