horrifying service from RUDE STAFF

H&M Eastgate, was just on a call with an employee of H&M and she wanted me to hang the call cause she's with a customer whereas I am also a customer and I wanted to explain that I am currently free hence I called, but then she just hung up my call, I called again and she hung up again. So, is this how they treat their customer? just because she learnt that I am a black person. They actually don't even deserve a star cause I was also calling to complain about something else
