Horrible service at H&M Pavilion
Poor service. Today I went to H&M Pavilion to do some shopping, there was no sales assistant on the floor. The store is running a sale, the 1st fixture in the ladies department by the entrance had a marketing sign that displayed R50, the rail had summer dresses and jumpsuits. I took 1 dress and a jumpsuit to purchase, the lady who was on the sales floor advised me to take a picture since the items where not gunned for Mark down and I did so... I went to the till to purchase the lady told me the total was 450rands I asked why because the sign states that the garnets are R50. She took me to the sales floor where she called the supposed assistant Zama if I'm not mistaken who was extremely rude and told me that since the items are not marked down they are not R50, I asked why then they are on the rail she failed to answer, the other said it was my fault for not looking at other fixtures which said from 100 ect.. I explained that I saw what I liked and did not see the need to look at other fixtures and there was no one to assist. I asked for a manage a lady with African beads came who did not even address her self properly by stating her name and greeting and who was no help. I asked her for a solution since I have been waiting for her for 30min or so and been in the the for 35min, she asked the lady how much the dress is scanning and said she can't assist me I should have checked the price tags for pricing!! I mean most of the garmets on that rack where not priced with the red sticker, how is it my fault. She then left me standing on the sales floor as I asked for customer service number. The service is no existent, it's beyond bad or horrible. Please train your people, I won't be going to the Pavilion H&M anytime soon and I don't recommend anyone to shop there.
