Holes in my brand new leggings

To whom this may concern,

About a month ago at H&M waterfront I bought an amazing pair of leggings for R150, I was so impressed because I find it very difficult to find leggings of a good quality (most retail shops well thinner material ones) and I specifically always look for the thicker pair that do not eventually go all fuzzy with little fluff ***** on them.

I never wore them straight awayand knew they would fit me so I threw the slip away. About three weeks after purchasing them when I decided to wear them I noticed that there was a hole in the leggings. I was so disappointed and never had the till slip so I couldn't return it as well as the Waterfront being so far away from where I reside.

I would understand if there was a hole in the seam of the leggings but this whole was completely in the middle of nowhere.

I am really disappointed in H&M and deeply saddened that I won't be able to wear my leggings again.
