H&M Ridiculous service somerset mall and waterfront

The worst service I have ever experience. Firstly there were no staff on the floor to assist me I had to look for 10 mins for someone. Then I got attitude. She couldn't even go and look to see if they had more sizes in their store. She took my number down to check other stores amd im still waiting this is the secind time. What retail store doesn't have an online store or a system to check what they have in store or at other stores. This is completely ridiculous
