H&M PAVILION BAD SERVICE & DOESN'T CARE!!

To whom it may concern,

I went in to H&M pavilion South Africa on the 28 November 2020 to get a bikini bottom. I couldn't try it on because all the change rooms were closed! before I brought the item I ask the lady twice at the cash counter if I can return the bikini bottom and she said yes twice! so I brought the item and it didn't fit me. so I went the next day 29 November 2020 to return it and the manager did nothing at all, cashier push me aside! I'm very disappointed in H&M pavilion South Africa !

I request that this matter be addressed immediately as I would like to take this matter further.
