H&M Gateway-Pathetic Service

Hi, I recently had the worst ever shopping experience at H&M gateway. The day before we could leave for our vacation, we did our shopping at H&M, the pathetic service we received from the staff. We picked out kids clothes and ladies as well, upon going to the change room, and some clothes did not fit we were told to put it back in the hangers and take it back to the correct department. I had kids with me and I had to make multiple trips. That is nonsense. Secondly, we were told we couldn't use a specific change room, but another lady was directed to go there with no fuss. The amount of clothes we bought for around R3000 +. By the end of my shopping I felt sick to my stomach with the pathetic service.
