H&M Eastgate has no service!

I went to H&M Eastgate to purchase a blouse that I saw a few days back. There was no available size on the floor however there was one on a mannequin that looked like it will fit my body shape. I approached a shop assistant to please take the blouse of the mannequin so I could try it. She was casually chatting with her co-worker and kept giving me reasons why she could not remove an item from display. Excuses like we only take off items at end of day and the store manager does not allow it! She even tried to persuade me to try a different blouse and only if I wanted to purchase the said blouse then would it be removed. Eventually her co-worker and herself walked to the "dummy". I told the staff member I was a SA size 34 and she advised that the blouse on display would not fit me since it was a 32. I then said to her that my sizes range between 32-34 and I would like to try the blouse. Afterall, I do know what will fit me... The attitude that the staff member displayed was appalling and pathetic to say the least. She then very rudely said to me" So now we are a 32".... I walked out of the store and straight to Edgars. H&M Eastgate you need an intervention. Its no wonder your store is so quiet....
