H&M Canal Walk Store Refusal Return!!!!

Bought my baby clothes on the 2023/06/07 and I am trying to return them on the 2023/07/10 but seemingly I cannot do that because I am late as by their policy! I am fuming as I am travelling back home and I don’t have space to pack most things hence I am returning them and do not want their voucher because I will never shop there again! The items are in a perfect condition tags and everything! I honestly didn’t think Liam ( the floor manager) would give me such a hard time as I had ended up shouting and using a swear word out of frustration. I am with a fussy 8 weeks baby and I told him I had no time coming to the mall but no it fell on deaf ears! I had left the items in the store because I do not want them! I want my money back not an exchange or gift voucher because I have full proof of purchase!!! What a horrible experience in the Canal Walk store I am so upset!
