H&H Centurion mall refused to refund and exchange

Kindly assist, I bought clothes at H&M last week and due to covid we are not allowed to fit, today the 22 of July I tried to return them at Centurion store and I was told that they cannot do exchange or either return because I didn't have a bank card with me. And mentioned story of people steeling other people's clothes or package at the toilets then come n return them at the store. This is so funny, what happened out side your store does not concern you and they said they can transfer money into a store card without a bank card , surely if you can transfer money into store card so that I can use it later then you can do exchange or return . Other retail store we can exchange or return without asking for a card. And what would happen if you lost a bank card N now you want to return? This is knew and their reasons are not good enough. How I wear your clothes after that it's customer's problem. Now you guys telling me abt people are steeling n return. Please revise your policy especially now coz we are not fitting clothes. My clothes n my daughters clothes are wrong size. I have a till slip. I don't think this is according to credit act Awaiting your feedback in this matter and stop treating everyone like ********.

I just return something at Woolworths without bank card that was used to purchase and I got refund and other retail stores
