H&M staff at the V&A waterfront are amazing!

I called from Durban looking for baby items from the H&M SA website. A woman named Audra took my many calls, found me the items in the right sizes and did it all in record time. I felt like I was dealing with an American customer service representative, and that is the highest compliment I can pay.
