H & M shop in Witbank Highveld Mall

The staff attitude at the H&M shop at Highveld Mall witbank is so unfriendly. You regret why you entered the shop. Today I went to buy a t-shirts, there are no people at the welcome zone even on the floor there are no staff to assist. You find your way through out the shop. When you get to the counter the staff are chit-chatting Minding their business instead of calling customers. I'm am really disappointed with such services. At the Mall other shops are always ready to assist customer with the smile.
