H&M has no desire to give client satisfaction

<p>We purchased a pair of takkies from one of your stores. We returned it as it was to big but could not find the slip. However, thepricetag was still attached to the takkies with the plastic tie. </p> <p>I can understand that we could not receive a refund without the slip but they would not even allow us to swop sizes or take something to the same value.....that is simply outrages!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now we must sit with a pair of takkies that we cannot do anything with......disgusted</p>
