H&M clothing store in clear water mall refuses to let my 65 year old mom swap an item with a tag on

<p>My 65 year old mom bought items of clothing from H&M a few days ago. They have the tags on. My mom returned an item and exchanged the clothing for a dress but had to put in an extra R70. The lady at the till did not give her receipt back because if the return. H&M clothing have very odd European sizes that don't match south African sizes thus the reason for the return. H&M is refusing to let me mom swap the clothing even with the tag on. She even spoke to the manager and they refused to help her. </p> <p> </p> <p>Someone urgently sort this out.
