Frustrated

Wow the service at this store is pathetic. The staff and management is so unhelpful. I had to throw my toys out the cot to get some proper service. The store manager by the name of Lihle is no where close to be a manager. I doubt she can even spell the word manager. Anyway H&M wont see me EVER again
