False Advertising
I have now had enough of H&M Tableview and their incorrect pricing - this has happened to me on several occasions and the staff are arrogant and totally *********** when approached with this issue. My latest experience was around their so called "Deal of the Week" - I took an item of the rail, confirmed with one of the staff on the floor if it was part of the promotion and she confirmed it was as it had a sticker. I get to the tills and it scans for a much higher price - the cashier then runs around to find the store manager. His response is that its not part of the deal, despite the sticker on it and that they are too busy to check on their prices. I then go to the rail and get another item , get to the tills and it also scans for much higher - I have now wasted more than 30 mins of valuable time in this process.
This is totally unacceptable to consumers as H&M Tableview is guilty of false advertising and *********** staff that cannot ensure correct pricing. Maybe if they looked at the competency of their Manager, Kevin Slabbert, this issue would not be continuously repeated.
This is the end of me supporting H&M.
