Exposed for all to see!

Today at H&M at the Mall of the South whilst trying on clothes at their fittings room, another customer pulled the curtain in my stall fully exposing my half naked body. She merely apologized stating that she got the wrong stall. Not before the other customers could get a look at me. I quickly got dressed and asked one of their staff, how they could allow another customer into my stall. I immediately broke down in tears, as my body is not for public display. I was ushered into another stall, so that I could cry in peace and gather myself. Two staff members came in offering me water and to call anyone who could come and get me. Which was of course too late as I'd called my sister. So according to Mpumie one of their store managers, I was over reacting and that no harm was done as it was only women in the fitting room (so I'm guessing that makes it better). When I enquired what if one of the other customers took a picture of me, can she guarantee me that i won't find myself trending on social media (which of course she couldn't). The entire situation has left me emotionally drained. The other manager and staff have apologized for the incident. But no amount of apologizing can undo the damage. I recommend that they fit their stalls with doors, as to prevent such incidents occurring in the future. Your staff needs training in empathy!!!
