Excellent Service - Londiwe Nkosi

I received excellent service from Londiwe Nkosi at H&M Mall of Africa. I went in for knee surgery but had to exchange some winter clothes for my son. I called in advance and Londiwe got all 9 clothing items and 2 extra pairs of slippers ready for my husband. He just went to the counter and she had everything ready for him. She was really so efficient and it is such a pleasure to deal with her.
