Embarrassment !! Bad customer service at H&M !

<p>Good day , </p> <p> </p> <p>On Sa****ay I visited the H&M branch at the V&A Waterfront . </p> <p> </p> <p>After purchasing 3 items , as I walked towards the store exit the "theft alarm" went off . I was so embarrassed as I actually purchaed the pair of jeans , yet an *********** staff member forgot to remove the security tag from the pair of jean . </p> <p> </p> <p>I received no apology and will probably never visit H&M again </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely dissappointed , I trust other H&M customers will never have to experience this !</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you ! </p>
