Efficient service and hassle free refund

Purchased a set of PJs for my son for the night before Eid. He put it on and saw that there was a hole in the pants. Contacted H&M via email and received an instant reply. They advised to take the PJs, label and receipt to the store. Did that today and was issued a refund with absolutely no hassle.
