Eastgate H&M poor quality service.

Eastgate H&M is a mess and staff outwardly lies. They are largely disinterested in good customer service. Store is disorganised as well. Manager does not greet or acknowledge customer. Very curious to know what criteria H&M uses to hire managers as the bar seems low.
