Double Charge - Still Chasing

After I went to refund an item on 01 DEC of R399.00 - H&M actually charged me again.<br> I have been into the store (4DEC) and called Cape Town Head Office (11DEC). <br> I wonder how many people in South Africa don't actually check their bank accounts and how many people get charged instead of refunded. Why am I having to constantly chase and beg for my money back when this was an H&M error? They did refund the incorrect billing - but the actual refund amount of R399 is still due to me? Where to next I wonder? I am still chasing for my money back on that item already returned to H&M. Shocking.<br>
