Don't expect a refund when you return goods

<p>i purchased boots for my daughter 2 weeks ago, she didn't like them so I returned it to the Sandton store. The cashier said the credit will be made to the card used my purchase. It's been 2 weeks and I am yet to get a sniff of R426.00. The store cannot be contacted, the call center is a glorified "leave a message at the tone" no warm bodies to speak to and the email dates has a statndard auto response.</p>
