Disrespectful employee

The Staff at H&M Santon is soooo disrespectful... the employee there called us hot headed due to a fault in they're security sensors went off for no reason. Even though he saw that the item that was beeking was on the slip, he still felt the need to not excuse himself as he ignored us and took the item that my friend had bought and went deeper into the store due to the fact that he felt and saw us as *******. When we told him that we what he was doing is disrespectful, he decided to rage out, call us names and said that we should stop being hot headed. This happened yesterday 03/12/2020 at around 18:00 (H&M Sandton)
