Disgusting service

<p>H&M manager and fitting room staff refused to allow us to fit the cloths that we wanted to buy. They told us that the store had closed and that we should take the cloths home and try them on there, if they did not fit then bring them back. The cloths do not fit well, we leave for Dubai tomorrow and now we are stuck with cloths that we cannot use. It would have only taken 5min and I think that it is utter **** that we received this kind of service from the store. You obviously are unaware that it is service that keeps your store alive and us either walking away from your brand or coming back. Your brand obviously has no respect for us consumers. </p>
