Disgusting Service

<p>Amazing store, just a pitty that "some" staff are so rude and this will end up damaging your "brand"!!<br />Had the worst experience at east rand mall branch today, bought swimwear yesterday, wanted to change the bottoms to a size bigger, inner plastic lining still on, staffmember tells me I gave her attitude and she wanted to do me a favor by exchanging it although the policy is no exchange but because I gave her apparent attitude by only correcting her that it is swimwear and not underwear as she said, she will not do me the favor, who then said "I think I should call my manager", took long for her to call the manager, for the manager to tell me the same also with an attitude cause she most probably briefed her manager upfront about the situation, then both dissapeared, another staffmember assisted me with buying and paying for the additional bottoms, I asked her for the name of the lady who assisted me first, and only to be told, we arent allowed to give names out!! Disgusting client service!!!</p>
