DISGUSTING & DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM MANAGER NENI

I went into the Pavillion Branch on Sunday to retuen an item that i purchased a weel before from the Gateway Branch. the item cost exactly the same amount, that i was returning. i had my receipt in the H& M bag with docs attached. the lady standing behind the counter was looking down and doing nothing when i approached her , i asked her can i come through, she said no, i was shocked as she was doing nothing, and the Gentleman next to her was serving a customer.

" surprise" 2 minutes later, she responded fine you may come through. i gave her the bag and said, i would like to return this for what i was holding. she looked in the bag took out the item, she was holding the receipt and asked me where is your receipt. i was confused, and said are you not holding it, she said no it needs to have the bar code in the bottom and this receipt is not for the item that you are returning. i knew she was talking nonsense, as that was the only item that i did purchase from H&M. I said can u look nicely, as i am sure you are mistaken, she said and i quote " Mam u better calm down or i wont assist you, and get you removed from the store"

i was shocked she then realised her mistake and did not appologise and carried on with the exchange. she then asked where is the credit card that you purchased with i said that i did not bring, it can u not put it on your H& M Card, and i will re purchase immediately.

she said no, i cant because then you should have purchased it on a gift receipt. i said you have no respect for cutomers, no customer centricity, you have embarrased me for no reason in front of other customers. can i c you manager, she said i am the manager.

shocking that these are so called managers that dont know the job, or have respect for the customers.

she then did exactly what i asked to do, exchanged the item, and was complained in zulu to the staff about me.

Disrespectful, disgusting Behavior of staff from a Reputable brand like yours.
