Disgruntled Customer

The service i received at H&M eastgate on friday the 16th November was terrible. I was chased out of their fitting rooms like a dog. I was disappointed about the service because i always shop at H&M and am a loyal customer. The lady by the name of Naledi is extremely rude and doesn't value her Job. Something needs to be done about her, if she carries on like that H&M will loose customers.
