Disappointing 1st Experience
I went for Christmas shopping at H&M Waterfront on the 5th of December after I've Googled their clothing and saw that it was affordable and they had beautiful designs for kids and I've referred a lot of my friends even before I could get a chance to go myself. But I must say I was highly disappointed with the service I received after i saw a cream top and shorts displayed on one of the kids dolls. I went I looked for it I was told that the shorts on the doll was out of stock and the kids doll had the last pair. When I requested the services consulted to take it off the doll she told me that they are not allowed to take off anything that's displayed on the doll. After I went to the floor manager and made the same request and I got the same response. For someone that has worked in retail before I couldn't understand the point of having something on display and as a customer you cannot be able to purchase it. That just didn't make any sense to me. The only thing that I was offers was the option to come back on Monday and purchase the shorts again because noone in that store is allowed to remove anything on display except for the VM that were not even available at that time.
