DISAPPOINTED in H&M Sandton City

Past 2 months friends, family member & myself - experienced consistent - shocking customer service from arrogant young male cashiers at the Sandton City store. When asked to speak to a manager on duty - there has never been an actual person available"in the store" to escalate this to either 6 out of 11 customers waiting in line (today)to pay (only one paypoint) - extremely aggravated - only 2 cashiers - seems the norm customers are informed - despite slow/ peak times). After a lot of customer grumbling in line - a 3rd cashier arrived. Unfotunate for us - he .. attended (man-handled) our purchases.
