Complaint about H&M centurion mall store

I lost my phone at H&M centurion mall, we told the security guy and he took us to this guy, short by height and he was reluctant to go check out the CCTV and with disrespect attitude he told us to go to open a case and went further that thier camera are not for *****'s and the is right of admissions reserve, I felt helpless and unsafe at that store after his respond, I want to check the CCTV for the day the 19 December 2020 between 14:30 to 15:20, my movements at ladies side
