Bull**** Service

I am very angry with the appalling service I received at H&M Store in Galleria when I was doing a return wanting a refund..The person who did the purchase sent a picture of the slip and it was deemed as invalid and they can't give me a refund because I don't have the copy of the slip...How so?With the slip available....
