BE CAREFUL as H&M charges people for things they did not buy!!!

On Thursday I went to the H&M store at Menlyn Shopping. I bought 8 items which were on sale. In the process of paying I was informed that their system was offline and as a result I needed to go to the ATM to get cash for the items I bought. So i left to get the money and returned to pay for my items. Little did I know that the person who was helping me made pay for 9 instead of 8 items. Where the 9th is, I am still wondering as I know exactly what i bought and was shocked to see the receipt when i got home that i actually paid for 9items. The 9th item is worth R299 and this is not small change. I really am disappointed that it is Saturday today and I am yet to get a clear indication of what happened and why I was made to pay an extra R299 for something that is not mine and I did not select. I edge people to be cautious when buying from shops like H&M. I am really disappointed in the manner which the H&M customer service is dealing with my complaint. I sent a compliant and I have to be the one following up on my complaint. What happened to responding to customers and ensuring them that you are on top of things and are working on resolving the issue? I have asked to see the store footage and no has gotten back to me about that, which makes me really wonder if my complaint is getting the attention it needs. I really want this matter to be resolved and hope to get a response soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I will not sit back and allow people to rob me like this. I want money back and do not want to deal with you guys after this case....Very bad management of customer issues. H&M you really need to work on your customer services and deal with customers with some urgency and respect. I tried to call the line at menlyn and til today I am yet to get a response. Watch out people and be careful of Stores like H&M as they do not seem to care about us the very clients who buy their things and keep the store open. As for me, I just want this case to be closed and it shall be the last time I buy things from your shop. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE....
