Bad treatment at H&M Walmer Park

2nd October 2020 time was 13:22, I walked into H&M Walmer Park from the men's department I walked around the store as I was window shopping. On my way out I was busy on my phone not noticing anything the sensor goes off, on of the staff members that was busy packing the Tshirts calls me to come back inside the store as he wants to search me, I was so irritated at that because now everyone was looking at me. He tells. Me to wait as one of the Sales ladies will come and search me at the back, he was not apologetic at all about his actions as I told him I didn't even try anything on at the store he just carried on saying he was doing his job. The lady eventually came and he took my bag back to the sensors and nothing happened it did not go off, as I was lifting my hands us for the lady to search me he asked me to walk one more time through the sensors which I did, the sensors did not go off. In all that the first incident his the only one who heard that the sensors have gone off as I didn't hear anything. I thought it's probably I was concentrating on my phone. He says sorry he was just doing his job, at this point I'm so upset as I went there checking for what I want and was going to go back and purchase it same day, however right now I don't think I'll ever set foot in that store again, I felt soooo embarrassed and so violeted by whoever that guy was. His a white man with bald head, I don't want to put any ****** but honestly I really think he is ****** and his apology was not sincere at all. Blondie Fesi ***
