Bad service and poor quality clothing at H&M

<p>I buy my baby's clothes only from H&M. He had one baby grow one time and when I wanted to put it in the wash I came across a hole in it. I did not think much of it and left it. About a week ago I bought a beanie there and got home and saw the thread coming out from different parts of the beanie,I lost my slip but returned it with the tag on and the lady that helped told me I can't return it due to the return policy. I think it's pretty **** that they could not return the **** they sold me if I had a slip or not. The tag was on so there was no way it could have been dismantled. </p>
