Bad service and bad attitude

Misleading, bad service received from H&M centurion by the lady manager

This is the email I received from H&M (Below) and I went to H&M centurion the manager was rude and said that she can’t help me because they were not advised that subscribers get an extra 10% discount when they go and buy in store on top of 15%

She said it’s either I buy with 15% or not buy, I left and advised her that am going to write a complaint email
