Bad service

Horribly service from H&m rosebank. I'm so disappointed, you don't understand how I love shopping there.

I'm still at shop as we speak because I'm refused to exchange one of their item I bought online. At some point was threatened with securities. I have never left so small and humiliated.

I support the brand whether online or walk in.

The lady raised her voice on me in front of other customers. Refused to continue with my other purchase.
