bad service

I was at the kiddies section needing assistance with an item...the girl that works there was of no assistance at all. I enquired if they had any more sizes available, she rep**** walking away and nibbling that there were no sizes. as got to the till the dress lining was out. The lady at the till advised I go look 4 another item, got to the same girl Palesa who refused to help me. she stood there talking to her colleagues and ignored me whilst I searched for sizes. so she first lies that there were no sizes and second refused to assist me. disciplinary action needs to be taken against this girl and I require an apology as well. Her name is Palesa and works at the kiddies section at your Sandton store.
